Ground delivery takes 2 to 6 business days.

We
accept international order and order originating
from U.S. Territories, HI, AK, APO/FPO addresses will
be shipped by U.S. Mail. Shipping
is based on the weight of the package. Actual shipping will not show up during
checkout. Once you submit the order, we will
calculate the weight of your order and apply the USPS actual shipping to your
total. If you need to be confirmed with shipping, please note in the comment box,
we will email you the estimate shipping cost.

Expedite
(US Domestic)
Expedited
shipment is mostly ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® to
most destinations. *Please note: package delivers on Monday through Friday.
If
rush shipment is needed, place your order immediately.
You must write down the latest date that you must receive
your order in the comment box at checkout.
Expedite shipping will not show up
during checkout. Once you've submit your order, we will email you all possible
shipping methods and costs to meet your deadline. Make
sure your email address is correct, so we can contact you about the shipping cost.Please
response to our email immediately if you're expediting your order in order to
meet your deadline.
What
happens after I have submitted my order? You
will immediately receive acknowledgement of your order submittal with a trimfabric
- order number as well as a detail confirmation email. Order will then proceed
for packaging. We
will keep you up-to-date by email all the time.
Sometimes
if an item you've ordered is out of stock or short of yardage. Our customer service
representative will inform you by e-mail. Therefore, reply us asap if you would
like to substitute for another item(s) or we can ship out the rest of the items
in your order. If you're paying via debit or credit card, it will not be charged
until your order is ready to ship. You
will receive a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number once it
is being shipped out.
RETURN
AN ITEM Please
send the return by a traceable carrier (UPS or USPS), and email
info@trimfabric.com
the tracking number or delivery confirmation
number of your return. In your email, please also states the
item(s) you are returning for refund.
Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation number in order to
credit your account for your return.
You
can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items
must be returned in original condition, no cut. No
returns can be accepted after 15 days. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
We will credit you in the same manner in which you paid for the purchase. Please
allow up to three weeks upon receipt of the returned merchandise for a refund
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
