RETURN AN ITEM
You must first email us at info@trimfabric.com to let us know which item you are returning and Please send your return by a traceable carrier and email us the tracking or delivery confirmation # of your return. You will then be given a return confirmation # of this return.

In your return package, please include your receipt containing the order number, indicate which item(s) you're returning.

You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition, no cut. No returns can be accepted after 15 days. The original shipping charge is not refundable. We will credit you in the same manner in which you paid for the purchase. Please allow up to three weeks upon receipt of the returned merchandise and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

All returns must be sent back by a traceable carrier and email us the tracking # of your return. You may send it via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation to the addresses listed below.
