RETURN AN ITEM
Please send the return by a traceable carrier (UPS or USPS), and email info@trimfabric.com the tracking number or delivery confirmation number of your return. In your email, please also states the item(s) you are returning for refund. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation number in order to credit your account for your return.

You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition, no cut. No returns can be accepted after 15 days. The original shipping charge is not refundable. We will credit you in the same manner in which you paid for the purchase. Please allow up to three weeks upon receipt of the returned merchandise for a refund and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
